Hi, we’re Patrick and Jack

We work with people exactly like you, from London to Prague to Bangkok.We are building a platform, movement and worldwide coaching community which we are calling Wildest Dream.

It is a journey with three chapters centred around:

  1. Know Thy Self: Values, Strengths, Passions

  2. Know Thy Path: Fulfilment, Vision, Wildest Dream

  3. Know Thy Steps: Mindset, Energy, Habits.

If one thing captures the essence of what we do, it is the opening lines of the 700 year old Dante’s Inferno:

When I had journeyed half of our life’s way,
I found myself in a shadowed forest,
For I had lost the path that does not stray.

The Four Things You Need To Do To Better Manage Stress

It is Mo Gawdat who said: “It is not the events in our lives which stress us, but how we deal with them which does.”

By reducing our exposure to unproductive stressors, shifting from a Threatened to a Challenge mindset, and intentionally raising our stress threshold - we expand our capacity for growth.
