A coaching journey could be anything from one session to one per month for a year.
Sessions typically last for one hour and would cover those all important topics for you:

Chapter 1
Know Thy Self
To Know Thy Self does not mean to know your resume. Know Thy Self means to know your operating manual.
Your Values form the compass that guides you towards your Wildest Dream.

Passion is the only way you will contribute something meaningful to the world in the long run.

Chapter 2
Know Thy Path
Know Thy Path means being clear on where you want to go and what impact you want to make in the world.
If we asked you, what makes your life fulfilling? Fulfilment also comes from health, family and community.

We must have a Vision in the most important areas of our lives - something to strive for.

To make a vision a reality, we will set Goals for the near term.

Chapter 3
Know Thy Steps
It’s great to have goals, but we need daily actions to get there. Know Thy Steps will help you get started and keep going.
Challenge is all about stretching beyond our comfort zone to find our stretch zone.

When we have high levels of Energy we can do anything! Building the right habits is critical to high energy levels.
B
A dream without Joy isn’t worth chasing. We will discuss how to live more intentionally and to find joy in the journey.
C
Wild lives in the most free and inhospitable parts of your own mind.
To dream is to think without judgement. Dreaming is for those who think different.

Every coaching session is built around one simple aim: helping you move one step closer to your Wildest Dream.
We explore three pillars:Know Thyself: your values, strengths, passions, and the patterns that shape you.
Know Thy Path: the vision you’re building toward, the story you want to live, and the choices ahead.
Know Thy Steps: rituals, mindset shifts, and small actions that create sustainable momentum.
Each session is practical, grounded, and tailored to where you are right now.

It is up to you! You can either decide it isn’t for you, or you can continue with a coaching package. See our other FAQs for pricing.

We really value transparency so we do actually publish our coaching prices right here for our 60 minute sessions:
1 session: £200
3 sessions: £540 (save £60)
5 sessions: £800 (save £200)
7 sessions: £980 (save £420)

We believe that we can make real progress together within 60 minutes. If the session runs over we will never over charge you.
After the session we will share detailed notes from the session.

Meeting every 4–6 weeks gives you time to test ideas, experiment with new behaviours, and let insights settle into real life.
This cadence creates a cycle of learning, applying and reflecting. You come back to each session with lived experience, not just thoughts, to expand upon.

It’s completely normal to feel nervous before starting coaching. You’re stepping into a conversation that’s honest, personal, and focused entirely on you which is something we rarely get in the rush of everyday life.
Your only job is to show up as you are. Once we get started any nervous will disappear.

Life happens. If you let us know 24 hours before, we’ll move your session to a future time.
