This workshop introduces your team to the CliftonStrengths framework and builds a deep understanding of what each person naturally does best. Through guided reflection and collaborative activities, participants discover their unique strengths, appreciate differences across the team, and learn why great teams are built on complementary - not identical - talents.

In this highly practical session, participants take the next step: learning how to intentionally apply their strengths to real business challenges. Through tools, frameworks, and group problem-solving, teams learn how to channel their strengths into better collaboration, clearer decision-making, and meaningful action that drives performance. In the last year we have worked with teams to apply their strengths to: communication; setting strategy; and becoming a standout graduate.

This workshop equips participants with the mindset and skillset to communicate with clarity, confidence, and influence. They learn how to manage nerves, sharpen their message, adapt to stakeholders, and shift from “presentation mode” into authentic, high-impact conversation. Practical storytelling drills and delivery techniques help everyone speak in a way that builds trust and inspires action.

This workshop teaches the four pillars of sustainable high performance - Challenge, Energy, Focus, and Joy - and how to integrate them into daily work and life. Participants learn how to stretch themselves intentionally, manage their energy like a corporate athlete, sharpen their focus, and build rituals that create momentum rather than burnout. The session also highlights the importance of joy as a driver of long-term motivation, helping people show up with purpose, consistency, and resilience.

This experience is designed to bring your organisation’s values to life through creative‍ and ‍high-energy activities that deepen connection and pride. Teams engage in immersive challenges, collaborative problem-solving, and meaningful reflection moments that strengthen culture and build unity. The result is an energised workforce that feels aligned, inspired, and part of something bigger. We have organised the engagement activities for anything from away days to multi-day end of year conventions.

Wildest Dream partnered with us on one of our signature, global talent programs this October, working with 30 participants and 7 internal faculty members. Jack and Pat were a pleasure to work with - flexible, responsive, and quick to tailor their content to our workshop. Their delivery was not only creative and engaging, but also thoughtfully adapted to our diverse APAC offices, demonstrating a genuine sensitivity to cultural differences and ensuring every participant felt included and heard.

Over the past two days, we’ve been working closely with Wildest Dream. And I can confidently say these past two days have been some of the best engagement activities our team has ever had.

People have been coming up to us to share how much they loved the sessions. Every single one was amazing. The Amazing Race we did with Wildest Dream was a highlight - everyone enjoyed it, and it really brought us together as a team through creative activities and shared challenges.

Even the next day, people were still talking about it. Expectations kept rising, but Wildest Dream continued to deliver.

I also learned a lot personally - how to deliver messages with better pacing, presence, and gesture.
